David Harrison

David began his career managing engineering teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment before joining the British Army, where he spent 17 years leading teams in Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Northern Ireland.

He played a central role in developing the British Army's future live simulation equipment and integrating it into advanced training environments. He also contributed to the creation of one of the world's most sophisticated After-Action Review (AAR) systems, combining human observation with cutting-edge data capture technology.

In the private sector, David has designed and delivered leadership training, integrated simulation into corporate learning environments, and led major emergency management initiatives. He served as senior project manager for flood recovery efforts in High River following the 2013 floods, leading a multi-functional team through a high-profile, time-sensitive project. He later established the corporation's project management office, developing business processes and implementing an ERP system.
