Is Sandhurst authorized to certify ICS participants?

Yes. Sandhurst is a recognized ICS Canada training provider and is authorized to deliver certified ICS courses in accordance with ICS Canada standards.
Upon successful completion of an ICS course, participants receive an official Certificate of Completion recognized throughout Canada.
Can you address public enrollment and tailoring courses.

Absolutely. We believe training is most effective when it reflects your organization's unique environment, challenges, and responsibilities. That's why you will never receive a generic, off-the-shelf presentation from our team. We customize every training program to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and applicable to your audience. This may include incorporating organization-specific scenarios, integrating content from your policies, plans, and procedures, and addressing the risks and operational realities your personnel may encounter.
What is the difference between ICS-certified training versus your ICS-‘aligned courses’ training?

There are several advantages to selecting ICS-aligned training rather than ICS-certified training. One of the primary benefits is the reduced time commitment for staff, as traditional ICS-certified courses such as ICS 200 and ICS 300 typically require 2 and 3 days of classroom instruction, respectively. In addition, there is no mandatory waiting period between courses. Under the ICS Canada framework, participants are generally required to wait a minimum of 6 months between completing ICS 200 and ICS 300, whereas ICS-aligned training can be delivered without this delay. Although participants do not receive an official ICS Canada certificate upon completion, the training remains aligned with ICS principles and content, while providing a practical and meaningful learning experience through customized examples and exercises that reflect your organization’s unique operating environment.
How do I register for an ICS course?

Currently we offer registration online only.
If you are unsure which course is appropriate for your role or experience level, our team would be happy to assist.
What is your cancellation policy?

I have completed an ICS course and would like to take the next level. When can I register?

Advancement between ICS levels depends on the previous course completed and the requirements established by ICS Canada.
Participants who have successfully completed ICS 100 may register for ICS 200 immediately.
Participants who have completed ICS 200 are generally required to wait approximately six months before enrolling in ICS 300, in accordance with current guidelines.
Our team can also help you determine your eligibility and guide you through the registration process.
